A young couple, who are planning to get married this year, wrote me an email asking for help; well, they practice bastinado during their sex games, but the fiancée was never satisfied with the amount of pain, it was too little for less because she is a professional dancer, and her soles are very durable. They came to me for instructions on how to do it painfully enough for the fiancée to feel satisfied. We used three tools; a bamboo stick, a drumstick and a whip.
