Opening the door, he soon feels the cold sting of comeuppance racing through his veins as our jilted nurse renders him immobile. It seems Mr Lothario here has been doing "bedside checks" with every nurse on the ward and she to say the least, hasn't taken the news real well.

She drags him in front of the couch and informs him that she just spent the last 24 hours on her feet at the hospital working a double shift and that she's going to teach him a lesson.. and with that she slides off her sweaty smelly pumps and places the insole directly over his nose, him to breathe in the stink and sweat ...his weak moans and darting eyes his only means of of movement and complaint.

Back and forth she slides her feet over his face, his nose burning from the scent of his payback, her devious grin growing while witnessing his displeasure and struggle, soon taking even more glee in shoving her feet deep into his unenthusiastic but totally defenseless mouth, her toes wriggling back and forth in sadistic victory
