My allergies have been playing up. The cold weather makes my sinuses clog. I need to massage my cheeks to release that excess mucus and have it run into my nose. I show you my deviated septum which has made my sinuses worse. So after a good massage I blow my nose and have some brown smeared mucus on my tissue.
