I now start phase 4 of Dr. Murdah's treatment. After begging her to allow me to go back to licking her feet to avoid having to eat more of her toe jam, she finally gives me the feet I asked for. Unfortunately, her soles are now covered in dirt. Doctor Murdah pulls my leash and it's clear that the next stage of my treatment is licking all of the filth and dirt she's stepped on. Doctor Murdah becomes crueler and more heartless in this phase while she watches me struggle to lap up all the dirt from her meaty, stinky soles. She not only shows no sympathy, but she bullies me, insults me, and eve...

It's starting to appear as if the doctor may have ulterior motives for putting me through this inhumane therapy. My tongue gets darker with almost every lick, and I have to swallow the dirt to keep my tongue clean enough to satisfy this unfeeling doctor. But, I still have hope in Doctor Murdah and if she's saying licking her nasty feet will cure me of my foot phobia and make me a better person, I will lick them as best as I can and endure the pain and humiliation.
