You give him a toejob between all
the toes (first and second, second and third etc) until you
finally get it between the last toes 4th and pinky and
finish him off between there? Do you think its

possible - if so it will be a world exclusive recording? :)
It maybe easier
perhaps if the head part is rubbed (if its too hard to fit
between)?
