You are my coach and have asked me to do my tryouts in the swimming pool in the bright sunshine. I willingly jump in and start my routine. Then suddenly I drop my Pom Pom and it starts to sink...dismayed I soon realise I have to dive for it and so let my hair down and prepare to dunk for it.
