Neko Chan is back and this time she is going for the record! Neko Chan puts on a pair of gummy glue flip flops and tries to keep them stuck to her feet. Unfortunately she was unable to beat Scarlett's record before the flip flops came off, but she still seemed to enjoy her barefoot stuck in the gummy glue.
