The first breath hold is always the most challenging for me. I have an uncomfortable feeling. The sudden lack of oxygen is uncomfortable for the body. I usually feel a strong need to breathe.

The second breath hold is always easy. The adrenaline only comes in the final stage. When there's too much carbon dioxide, it's not easy to stay calm.

The third breath hold and every other breath hold is great. The body is in dive mode. The fun begins. Orgasm is no problem. (If you ever hold your breath, you know what I'm writing about.)
