Do you find it difficult to stay calm underwater? I know it's a problem for some people. (Especially in my presence.) I know your "woes".

It's not easy for me either. Freediving and sex are not compatible. Combining the 2 activities is counterproductive. It creates an eternal but pleasant dilemma.

Freediving / sex
- a calm mind is essential / you want anything but to be calm; the body is full of energy that wants to explode

- yoga and meditation are great warm-ups / sex is all you want

- it's ideal not to make any unneces...

- it's ideal not to make any unnecessary movements/ movement, action and maximum engaged is always good

I could go on with more examples, but I'm sure you know it all. I'll be better if we go through our dilemma. Breathing/ not breathing?
