This robot is activated and programmed with one job only: annihilate all balloons! She must destroy all the balloons surrounding her before she can turn off with her acquired weapon (keys). The last one pops on its own and the robot starts freaking out and malfunctioning before finally realizing that her mission is complete. She can now go back to rest mode.
