I tease you with my nose, pulling it up and sticking my fingers in my nose, pulling it and making my face ugly. And then I apply my septum and nostril hooks. I tease my nostril holes a little before inserting q tips into each of my sinuses. It makes tears run down my face wether I want it to or not. I tap each one pushing it in deeper. Then I pull them out which only makes me cry more. Then I take 2 pieces of tissues twisted into spikes and insert them deeply into my sinuses while wearing a ball gag.
