50 seconds under// close up shots I've been practicing holding my breath for a while now. I started out at 30 ish seconds and I have worked my way up to 50 seconds! I think there may be a few times I held it longer than 50 seconds. I know I can go for a minute next time but I am SO impressed with 50 seconds.
