Soon, the feline felon finds herself locked in a pair of stocks, with one boot removed, exposing a curvy, nylon-clad foot! The cop is so pleased with herself for having captured the infamous Catwoman that wants to have some fun with her ... so she tickles her helpless foot! The normally cool and calculating villainess completely loses it, shrieking, hissing and cackling with panicked laughter as her foot squirms and dances, in a vain attempt to escape! Skittering fingernails keep Catwoman twisting, turning and bucking in her seat as her super-ticklish, flailing foot is locked down!

In time, the cop removes Catwoman's nylon sock to torment her bare foot, sending her into alternating bouts of screams and silent, breathless laughter! And then, the other boot is removed, so a comparison can be done to see if the nylon foot is more ticklish than the bare foot! Catwoman is practically begging for an honest interrogation, but the cop seems not to care about such trivialities, for the moment!

Soon, the other nylon is removed and the oil and black brush are deployed upon Catwoman's furiously fidgeting feet! As the klepto kitty goes into an almost apoplectic fit, it occurs to the cop to ask where her trove of stolen treasure is hidden!
