After the capture of Wakandan agent, Honey (see pt. 6), G.I. Toe agent, code named "Hyena" (Enchantress Sahrye) is sent in to negotiate with the Baroness (Tiffany Brookes). Hyena wants to settle on terms for Honey's release, but the Baroness isn't willing to budge. After a brief scuffle between the Baroness, her bodyguard (Katana Kombat) and Hyena, negotiations take a turn for the worst and Hyena ends up in the stocks!

The feisty Latina still tries to dictate terms to the Baroness, even while captured, so the evil Cobra agent decides to teach her a lesson ... by tickling her feet! ...
