Kate (played by Enchantress Sahrye) finishes up tickle interrogating her would-be hit woman and realizes she has pay underworld white collar crook, Jackie Lacroix (Karly Salinas) a visit! Meanwhile, Jackie's henchwoman, Scopion brings in an undercover cop (Sativa), who refuses to take dirty money! Jackie has the goody-two-shoe - soon to be no shoes - cop strapped into the stocks, to face the robo-tickler!
