THIS IS A CUSTOM ORDER: Federal agent, Deb Danger has been sent to investigate an allegedly crooked detective! However, that detective turns out to be Joe Jutsu! Joe subdues the feisty redhead and locks her in the stocks, to find out what's going on.

Deb is less than cooperative, so Joe removes her boots and tickles her nylon-clad feet! Deb cackles and squeals, thrashing about, wildly! She tries to resist and for a few brief moments, here and there, she can! Feathers only work, when used between her cute, little toes ... but the fingernails always break the ice!
