Detective Joe Jutsu is visited by a sexy, Russian muscle, Viktorya Romanov (Tiffany Brookes). Viktorya informs him that her boss wants to hire him, but Joe isn't so sure. When Viktorya tries to convince him by way of a beating, and her stinky shoe in his face, things don't quite go as she planned and she ends up in the stocks!
