Detective Joe Jutsu is hired by an insurance company to check out the scene of a robbery, to assess the validity of what could be a very costly claim. When he arrives, he finds the insurance company's client, Mistress Tempted, still tied up, just after having made her police report. Joe notices a few red flags, right away.
