Detective Joe Jutsu may have taught, early parolee, Ally the Heel a lesson, last episode, but he's not happy about the situation. He knows that Ally's parole officer is Nikki Brooks, a good friend of his, so he calls her in to discuss how Ally got such a lucky break.
