While checking out a strange, abandoned military outpost of some sort, New Order of Nevsky agent Nyssa Nevers finds herself face to face with the Ticklante! She thought he was only a myth, but by the time she realizes, it's too late and she's tied up! She's apparently stumbled upon a decommissioned Plumenatti base that Ticklante is using as his new hideout. Ticklante doesn't recognize her uniform and demands to know who she is.

Unfortunately, Nyssa chooses to answer with snark ... causing Ticklante to respond by removing her shoes and tickling her big, soft feet! Nyssa cackles, guf...

Nyssa cackles, guffaws and howls with laughter as feathers, fingernails, oil, the steel chopstick, hairbrush and electric toothbrush teach her a lesson in manners she won't soon forget! She tries to be defiant, as she struggles helplessly in a toe-squirming, laughing fit, but it becomes clear that she can't take much more!

Agent Nyssa seems particularly interested in the Silver Sickle of Siberia, which had been sitting on Ticklante's desk. When Ticklante tickles the truth out of her as to why she wants it, her answer shocks even him! Looks like another adventure is underway for our hero! But, is he back to being a hero? Find out now!
