While checking out a strange, abandoned military outpost of some sort, New Order of Nevsky agent Nyssa Nevers finds herself face to face with the Ticklante! She thought he was only a myth, but by the time she realizes, it's too late and she's tied up! She's apparently stumbled upon a decommissioned Plumenatti base that Ticklante is using as his new hideout. Ticklante doesn't recognize her uniform and demands to know who she is.
