The escaped patient goes on about his getting back to his "crusade", starting with Dr. Dean and Nurse Honey, but they can barely hear him as the sound of their own cackling and shrieking fills their heads!

Fingernails, feathers and other tickle tools keep the two mad scientists dancing in their seats, and just when they think it can't get any worse, the patient places electrodes on their pantyhosed soles to torment them with some mild (but very ticklish) shock therapy!
