She has no idea what to expect when her client mentions "negotiating", but once he removes her shoes and begins tickling her extraordinarily ticklish, bare feet, she's almost immediately willing to comply! (DIRECTOR'S NOTE: Lauren's feet are so ticklish, she started to jump to the end of the scene after only a couple minutes of tickling!)

Even the fluffiest of feathers is too much for the rude real estate agent's wildly flailing, hypersensitive, size 9 soles and toes to handle as she howls and shrieks with laughter, snorting and babbling!
