THIS IS A CUSTOM ORDER: Nurse Vika has just returned to work, after a long flight. She's supposed to begin her shift, but she decides to sneak away and catch a nap. As she snores away, a doctor happens to come in and catch her, snoozing on the job.

The doctor pulls the covers back from Vika's socked feet and gives them a tickle. Vika stirs and giggles, rubbing her feet together. Soon, her socks are removed, slowly, gradually.
