Catwoman breaks into the Gotham City Museum's exhibit of the Egyptian tickle goddess, Nefertiki! She's looking for a priceless obsidian cat, and just when she has it in her grasp, she realizes it's a fake! Just then Vixen and a museum security guard catch the feline felon redhanded! But Catwoman has a surprise for them. She takes out a device, presses a button and the floor magnetizes their shoes to the floor!

Catwoman breaks into the Gotham City Museum's exhibit of the Egyptian tickle goddess, Nefertiki! She's looking for a priceless obsidian cat, and just when she has it in her grasp, she realizes it's a fake! Just then Vixen and a museum security guard catch the feline felon redhanded! But Catwoman has a surprise for them. She takes out a device, presses a button and the floor magnetizes their shoes to the floor!

Vixen and the guard quickly figure out to take off their shoes to circumvent the magnetic trap, but play right into Catwoman's hands! Now, with no shoes, their feet are toe-tally helpless when Catwoman activates the real security measure ... an electrified floor! Vixen and the guard hop around, howling as their tender, nylon-clad tootseis get many electric jolts from thousands of volts! Catwoman demands to know where the real obsidian cat is, but realizes that there may be a better way to extract the info.

Soon, Vixen and the museum guard are bound side by side in a restraint device. Again, Catwoman demands to know where the obsidian cat is hidden, but instead of shocking their feet with electricity, she tickles their sore, aching feet with her fingernails! Completely unprepared for this type of interrogation, both ladies go berserk! The guard shrieks and shakes the room with hearty guffaws, as Vixen cackles away, thrashing about in a foot-flailing, toe-squirming fit!

The two are tickled to tears and beyond, when Catwoman remembers something she saw in the Nefertiki exhibit ... the Red Feather of Truth! Catwoman grabs it and uses it on her captives! The guard knows nothing (but is fun to tickle anyway), but Vixen reveals that she knows of a secret vault, in which the museum hides it's most valuable items!
