Bounty hunter, Jolene Hexx is on the trail of the Mad Tickler ... until he ends up catching her! Much to her chagrin, she finds herself bound, blindfolded and at his mercy! Or, maybe mercy isn't quite the right word.

Soon her shoes are removed, and the foot-tickling fiend is toying with Jolene's socked feet! Even in socks, Jolene's size 8 soles and toes are plenty ticklish, and despite her laughter, she is definitely not having a good time!
