Feathers, fingernails and a calligraphy brush keep the 6 ft. tall, ebony goddess squirming, stirring and laughing in her rest! It comes to a point that Devlin wakes up, realizing too late that those women from the news report were right to lose it over having their feet tickled ... because now she's doing the same thing! By the end, the tickler has Devlin's ankles locked under his arm and she howls with helpless laughter, whilst in a toe-squirming, foot-tickled fit! Looks like the Mad Tickler has made someone else a believer!
