Plastic Woman has been given the location of a secret Justice League installation, and she must not reveal it to the examiner! Unfortunately, her examiner knows that her big, size 9, nylon-clad feet are her weakness, and without her stretching power to escape, she soon finds herself in a fit of helpless laughter, completely at his mercy!

In no time, Plastic Woman is foot-tickled to hysterics! Before long, she gives up the location of the secret JLA base, but she threatens to go to the press ad accuse the examiner of sexism, if he rejects her entry into the Justice League! Fortunately, the examiner has the perfect solution to keep her from pressing false charges and making sure that entry into the league can't be bought with litigious threats!
