Enemy agent Bri the Butcher is scouting a safe house to use as a temporary headquarters when she encounters Agent Fixx. Fixx surprises and subdues her, then locks her in the mini-stocks. Bri is known for being cold and capricious but you'd never know it once Fixx takes off one of her shoes and begins tickling her helpless bare foot!
