Rival spies, Jasper and Lucy have been assigned to crack a safe and deliver the contents to their respective agencies. Both arrive on the scene at nearly the same time, but it seems that only Jasper knows the secret "trick" to opening the safe!

Lucy completely loses it and her hold on Jasper weakens as she flails about, laughing and begging for mercy as her long toes scrunch and squirm, uncontrollably! But, Jasper soon gets a taste of her own ticklish medicine as Lucy turns the tables ... and Jasper absolutely can't take it! Just as Jasper is nearly hysterical, Agent M (Amethyst Mars) arrives on the scene! She's also after the contents of the safe and now she has two captives, to assist her!

In no time, Jasper and Lucy are tied up, side by side. Agent M tickles their helpless bare feet as they wait for M's colleague ... Agent F! After a short and ticklish deliberation at the expense of Jasper and Lucy's agonizingly ticklish tootsies, Agent F decides to bring in the stocks! Jasper is up first!

It takes no time at all to discover that Jasper is a federal agent as she's more than willing to divulge info within seconds of her tender soles being tickled, once again! But, she won't get off so easily! Both Agents F and M take turns tormenting her unbearably ticklish feet, with fingernails, feathers, the steel chopstick, brushes and other tickle tools, to make her tell them how to open the safe! The flailing, struggling, hysterically cackling agent is howling with laughter, trying to resist, but it doesn't look like this is a battle she can win! Will Jasper talk?
