Agent F is examining a piece of treasure, recovered from a sunken pirate vessel, when he is visited by a mercenary (Sativa Mist), who refers to him as "Colonel Fixx". She hands him orders, saying that he's been reinstated, but when he refuses, she tries to take him out! A battle ensues, but after a furious exchange, he manages to subdue her with tickling!
