Just when Matt thought he might catch a break with the padding the tube provides, Felicity has him in this procarious position where his body's on the tube but his head and throat are hanging off. Just right so that Felicity's full 165 lbs could slide down him like a sliding board directly onto his throat. Afterwords he actually admitted that it was one of the hardest positions he endured.
