Felicity starts out by doing some butt drops to and sitting on Matt's chest. She then slides back for a brief stint of throat sitting. Finally she slides back to his face.

What's scary is the fact that he's all alone down there. Felicity isn't one to care about her seat's well being. It's not like she's going to get up if you tap. You just have to hope that you preserve enough strength to lift her from your face when your oxygen deprived lungs start to burn!
