Miss York, the truant officer catches a pupil out of class. As a warning she gives him six strokes of the cane over his shorts, with a promise that if she catches him again he will get 12 of her best scorchers on his bare bottom. Not surprisingly, she does catch him again and is not forgiving. She thrashes his bare bottom.
