The very beautyful and severe Madam Kenworthy canes a pupil for truancy. She did this an an example or demontration of how she would have genuinly administered a caning as a school mistress. So she canes him over his school shorts, reminding us that most canings were given over the seat of the shorts. But she does use a dragon cane and lays it on very severly and administers far more than six strokes, but assures us that thats exactly how she would have caned him for the crime he committed.
