Miss Burcham getting to the bottom of things in The Reformatory. Two miscreants have broken a window and now she makes them pay for it. She administers the heaviest Glasgow strap with brutal forcocity, then selects one of the nastiest dragon canes and thrashes the pair of them once more. This is the most severe punishment that I've ever seen Miss Burcham give, but she was in a cruel mood and really let them have it.
