Enjoying a peaceful morning in his yard, Frank is basking in the warm sun when Tapered Physique, his strong and toned neighbor comes in. She is always intrigued by Frank's small and lightweight frame, and curious about using him as her own personal weightlifting equipment.

Gesturing to the open space in Frank's yard, Tapered Physique wastes no time and immediately gets to work, using him as her makeshift weights, starting off with some light lifts, swinging him lightly from her back to warm up her muscles. But as she gets more warmed up, she increases the intensity, lifting Frank's arms and legs above her shoulders in an impressive gorilla press, before scooting him over her shoulder in a fireman carry. Frank clings onto her tightly, feeling the firmness of her muscles as she effortlessly carries his weight. Tapered Physique then switches to the classic front carry, with Frank sitting on her hips and holding onto her shoulders for balance, after which she moves onto a back carry, with Frank piggybacking on her spine. He holds onto her for dear life as she does a few squats, bouncing her booty for added resistance, or added fun, perhaps.

Transitioning to a cradle carry, she cradles Frank in her arms while he holds on tightly as she continues to do various lifts and squats, using Frank as her human weight, her muscles stretched and flexed, giving her the perfect outdoor workout. She even flips Frank upside down, with his tiny legs hanging over her shoulders, before flipping him back and cradling him once again.

The mere fact that it is all happening outdoors, in the comfort of Frank's own yard, makes it even more thrilling for him. He can't wait for their next outdoor workout session, where he will once again be Tapered Physique's tiny human weights. Frank can't help but feel grateful for being her human dumbbell, all while enjoying the scenic outdoor setting.
