He realizes that restraining Lacey with ropes is the only solution. As Lacey struggles against the ropes and muffled cries escape from behind the gag, Jeff reflects on the situation. He understands that restraining her was a drastic measure, but he hopes it will finally bring an end to her relentless pursuit. She is now almost unable to speak and only produces muffled sounds. Lacey's heart sinks as she realizes her situation has only worsened. The new gag leaves her feeling even more helpless, as she knows her chances of escape are dwindling rapidly. There is bandage wrap tightly secured around her head on top of the silencing stuffed Tegaderm Tape gag. The bandage wrap adds an extra layer of confinement, making it even harder for Lacey to move her jaw or make any coherent sounds. The combination of gags leaves her feeling completely immobilized and utterly silenced, intensifying her desperation to break free.
