Custom Video Request~ Concept: Kobe will instruct and demonstrate various self defense techniques on Galas and Jacquelyn. First part of instructions will be a step by step lesson going through each move and then real time examples.
Scene 1 - The reverse over-arms/arms pinned bear hug attack against two attackers
Kobe goes through how to handle an attacker who puts you in a rear over-arms/arms pinned bearhug and kick the other attacker in the stomach who comes from the front. She first goes through the movements step by step and then does a real time version. Galas and Jacquelyn will take turns being the attackers and grab Kobe in the bearhug, while the other is the attacker who comes from the front. Whenever Kobe is grabbed in the bearhug she is always facing the camera . Kobe goes through these movements: Attacker grabs Kobe bearhug - 1. While being held in bearhug Kobe kicks attacker coming from the front in the stomach, as attacker is peeled over in pain, Kobe front kicks attacker in the face KO’ng her. 2. Stomp on bearhugging attackers foot. 3. Fling arms up releasing hold 4. Elbow attacker in the stomach 5. As attacker is keeled with their hands to their stomach in pain, karate chop them in the back of the neck KO’ing them. They go through this several times with Jacquelyn & Galas switching up attacker positions.
Scene 2 The double arm grab–
Kobe demonstrates how to hand to attackers grabbing you at once. Galas and Jacqueline each grab kobe by each of Kobe’s arm, one on one side, one on the other.
Kobe goes through these steps. 1. Step on each attacker’s foot. 2. Fling arms up releasing both attackers holds. 3. Elbow both attackers in the stomach simultaneously. 4. Slam attackers heads together KO’ing them. Galas and Jacquelyn reacting in painful grunts during each move as Kobe demonstrates it to simulate the pain the attackers would feel. They go through step by step portion a few times and then do a real time version at the end.
Scene 3 Putting it all together
Jacquelyn & Galas gang up on Kobe.
Galas puts Kobe in a rear/overarms arms pinned bear hug facing the camera. Jacquelyn attempts to attack but Kobe kicks up her legs and kicks Jacquelyn in the stomach. Kobe steps on Galas’ foot and then flings up her arms releasing Galas hold and elbows Galas in the stomach, Galas reacts with an ugh! Jacquelyn attempts a frontal attack putting two hands on Kobe’s shoulders. Kobe flings her arms out releasing hold and knees Jacquelyn in the stomach. Galas then comes and grabs Kobe by one arm, Jacquelyn grabs Kobe by the other arm. Kobe steps on the foot of Galas and Jacquelyn. Kobe the flings up her arms releasing the girl’s hold and elbows both girls in the stomach simultaneously. As they are peeled over, Kobe takes their heads and slams them together. Both Galas and Jacquelyn are on the ground.
Jacquelyn does one last surprise attack from behind and puts Kobe in a rear over arms/arms pinned bearhug. They are facing the camera. Kobe steps on Jacquelyn’s foot and then flings her arms up releasing Jacquelyn’s hold and elbows her in the stomach. Jacquelyn reacts with a very very quick ugh and grimace in pain putting both her hands to her stomach and slowly falls two her knees and keels over KO’d.
Jacquelyn and Galas are KO’d on the ground and Kobe walks to the camera as screen fades to black.
