Galas is a real estate agent and has an open house event today. She has been walking around in these old worn out and very uncomfortable high heel shoes all day. She is pacing back and forth waiting for someone to show up to distract her from her excruciating foot pain. She does not want to to remove her shoes because of the terrible embarrassment if she were caught lounging on the job with her shoes off. Towards the end the pain is so awful that she can no longer take it. She dips each shoe off rubbing her feet together and stretching, clenching and wiggling her toes.
