Part 1:

Happy Birthday. You might have noticed by now that you are getting smaller... more rubbery. That is because you are going to be a balloon for your own birthday party. All of your friends are going to be able to see you and play with you, but I have to blow you up first. How does it feel to be full of step-Mommy's hot breath?
