Ugh, I've been unable to run for a while due to injury but I'm getting back into things now. Starting gentle and working my way up. Anyway, I had a nice, gentle run, but while I was out there I felt my tummy gurgling away which only means one thing, gas is coming! I have some squats to do, which always makes me rip loud fart after loud farts. Luckily for you, I filmed the whole thing.
