This is Frankie's running buddy, and he's about as full of as one can get. Cowboy is 50 years old, 6' 2", and 190 pounds and an ex-Navy man. Don't get me wrong, he's a pleasant fellow to be around, as long as you take everything he says with a grain of salt.
