What starts out as a straight forward tickle is not how things develop or end up. Axel hates being tickled and while Rod has a size and weight advantage Axel does not submit to Rod's will for a second. In moments Rod looses the advantage and has to clamp Axel in a leg lock as best he can while he tickles his feet. This makes the lad scream out in laughter and fight like a wild thing to get free. Having his feet tickled keeps the laughter coming but at a price that Rod is having to pay. And pay literally by the looks of things as his wallet falls out of his pocket in the struggle.
