Dave dominates James right from the word go, dragging him into the scene and giving him a hard shove to start running round and round. Then a call to stop and a rough mount for the first shoulder carry. James starts off with a smile as a little run is nothing for him. A couple of circuits and the smile is long gone and Dave is barracking him constantly. A dismount and James is made to do squats, with Dave helping out by pushing down on him and making him work hard.
