Some stunning close ups of Dave's taught belly and of the concentration on his face as they move through the sunlit forest. Stopping in a glade Dave is made to get down for more push ups followed by some squats. Both these are adding to the pressure on Dave's legs and sap his stamina. Into the pony ride now and its not long before Igi's weight advantage means Dave collapses to the floor. Good shots of him panting and trying to recover here. But Igi is not one to let a guy rest and soon Dave is up and Igi mounts in a piggy back ride, Dave's face is really showing some strain now. In the close ups you can really see this guys belly muscles working harder and harder as he goes on. Breath taking stuff this. The carry goes on until Igi dismounts and sends Dave off running up and down a railway track, followed by some stomach curls, Dave falls back puffing and blowing a lot now. Igi lets him have the shortest of rests before mounting in a piggy back ride and setting off down the tracks. The close ups here show Dave's belly is solid muscle through the workout and heaves with every step takes. The final shot of him standing there grim faced shows the toll this has taken. A combination of a stunning carrier and superb camera work left me feeling as exhausted as Dave. The close ups during the carries and the exercises make his pain and effort almost tangible. First class more like this please
