Going through the low trees makes Dave complain and that makes James smile again - although the close ups of his belly show the carry is starting to make him tight. He is told to stop and do press ups this time. Then a mount into a piggy back ride and it is easy to see he is tiring as Dave slips down and needs to be hoisted up regularly. James drops Dave and is immediately made to do curls, he is really struggling now and Dave has to hold his feet down to make sure they are down correctly. Dave grabs James when he comes up and literally throws him into the pony position and mounts him, feet well clear of the floor his whole weight baring down on James. This is close to breaking point for the lad and he stubbles along on all fours slowly. Dave gets off and demands a set of squat thrusts at speed before mounting OTS and being carried off into the forest by an exhausted James. A great punishment lift and carry.
