His soft deep tickle of the wiggling toes is complimented with a soft stroke of the toes and each way gets Johnny howling and laughing loudly. Harry also uses the tactic of rapidly switching from upper body to feet - with a healthy pause at the obvious boner - to keep Johnny in a giggling state of tickle fever.
