The shoulder ride that it starts with is a good test of Rod's ability to take the weight of Rafi and the large apartment is perfectly laid out to give the guys a really good circuit to complete. The flip of a coin lands Rod with the role of carrier and Rafi as the carried. The coin must have heard my thoughts as Rod has a fantastic upper body for carries of all types. This is an action packed clip with a really gruelling sequence of lifts and carries with remounts galore. The shoulder ride that it starts with is a good test of Rod's ability to take the weight of Rafi and the large apartment is perfectly laid out to give the guys a really good circuit to complete. Rafi insists on exercises between each circuit and soon has Rod puffing and blowing. But just look at the guy's upper body muscle tone. Breathtaking. His tight belly greats so taught that it is rock hard and his pecs are lifted as the muscles are strained. OTS and round he goes with his body becoming stiffer at the exertion with every step. This is better than a 2 hour work out at the gym for any guy. The fireman carry has to be swapped between shoulders as Rod starts to flag and the pauses between carries gets longer as his recovery time lengthens. The mix of exercises and constant changes in carries and the pace that Rafi is making Rod keep up is heady mix and every second of the clip is high to watch. The pony ride is particularly hard as the floor takes its toll on Rod's knees, Rafi has his legs tucked well up so all his weight bares down on his ride. By now Rod is sweating profusely and his heaving chest is testament to his trial. The final piggy back is all he can take but not being one to admit total defeat he grabs hold of the freshly dropped Rafi and lifts him bride style and runs around the apartment in a great show of bravado. But it's too much and the body has given out and Rod collapses in an exhausted heap on the couch and calls it a day at going any further. The constant pace and the remounts and the mix of rides makes this an outstanding clip for lovers of L&C.
