As he goes round the club his pecs are solid and his stomach muscles tightening, tell tail signs that he is starting to feel the strain. Once Rod drops Kosa he starts to brag and is firmly told to do some squats. This is a prelude to an over the shoulder carry which really makes a difference to his pace. Look at the grimace on Rod's face now, not so much bravado showing now. When he tries to stop Kosa get him down with his feet up on a chair doing press ups, this position really pulls on the stomach muscles. Kosa knows exactly how to pile on the pressure. Rod stands and flexes his muscles before the pony ride. This is laboured as he is really flagging now, is he regretting his dishonesty behind the bar I wonder? Then more angled press ups and another piggy back ride, and just look at the veins on his arms standing out, tells us all we need to know about his physical condition at this point. Kosa slips lower and lower as Rod reaches his limit, he is simply plodding along now, no more running and smiling. In the end he drops his friend and has to admit the discrepancy in the accounts and pays up in full. Honesty has come at a stiff price for the exhausted Rod.
